You can choose between a live video visit or an asynchronous review where you simply upload photos and a questionnaire. High-quality photos are often actually better than video for seeing the fine details and textures of a rash.

For the best results, provide three types of images: an overview shot (showing where the rash is on your body), a close-up shot (for fine detail), and a tangential/side view (to show if the rash is flat or raised). Use bright, natural light and avoid using a flash.
